Executive Board Readiness Program

At Board Diversity Network, we help diverse senior executives become sought-after candidates for Canadian public, private, and not-for-profit boards. We believe in a diverse and inclusive boardroom and, in turn, we have carefully designed a program to guide our network members through the hard and soft skills of becoming board ready – through board readiness educational modules, in-person networking, and personal guidance. From crafting a strong board résumé to support throughout the board recruitment process, our signature program features insights from industry experts, experienced board members and headhunters. But, Board Diversity Network is more than just a classroom or a mentorship program, we leverage the power of the network throughout the board journey.
